From December 27 to January 9, many possibilities have arisen to live an experience of fraternity in the little city and to begin the New Year with hope.
What will the coming Christmas be like and what will it bring us? We all ask ourselves! Children and grandparents, students and workers, parents and children. After the last Christmas, spent in compliance with the measures to contain the pandemic, today it seems we can dare to imagine the next holidays closer to that “normality” typical of our traditions. Thus, the anticipation is loaded with expectations. The desire to dedicate this time to the care of relationships, family and the spirit returns. There is the desire to spend it in harmony, in contact with that beauty that emanates from nature and art which nourishes the soul so well.
From December 27, 2021 to January 9, 2022, Loppiano opens its fraternity workshop to all who choose to spend the festivities of the end and beginning of the year in the little city.
The program includes workshops of music, art, sociality and solidarity, guided immersions in nature to discover the Tuscan landscape, testimonies, experiences of prayer and spirituality, visits to the places of Loppiano: from the Theotokos to the Polo Lionello Bonfanti, with its proposals for a civil economy and communion; from the Sophia University Institute to the artists’ ateliers, and to the schools of formation. All this without, of course, missing a great deal of health, peace and tranquility.
And how could one not celebrate the New Year together? A special program will be waiting for visitors to greet the year 2022!
